Our recruiting process

  • FirstInitial interview

    In the first step, you will have a short initial get-to-know-you meeting with one of our HR Managers. This conversation serves to find out the interests and motivation on both sides. You can ask all your questions about the company and the position.

  • SecondExpert discussion

    This is where you will interact with the faculty. This conversation will be professional or technically oriented. You can get to know the team and the team leader directly.

  • ThirdOn site conversation

    Sometimes we still give you the opportunity to get to know the team and the office on site. Sometimes, however, the decision is already made after the technical interview.

    From the very beginning of my professional career, it was clear to me that I had developed a passion for human resources. "The future depends on what you do today" - I have pursued my goal and have been able to gain a lot of knowledge and experience in this field over the last few years as a trained HR specialist. My open-minded and empathetic nature distinguishes me and helps me to complement the team in the best possible way. Besides my job, I enjoy sports, music and cooking. I also enjoy traveling the world and soaking up the sun.

    Through my Bachelor's degree in International Business Studies and my Master's degree in Economics, I have developed a great interest in the HR sector. I'm really looking forward to getting to know this area with you and I'm also excited to gain insights into the IT and engineering sphere. As a new "Munich girl", I am currently exploring all kinds of cafés and museums in my free time. Sports and traveling are also important to me in my private life.
