Our recruiting process

  • FirstInitial interview

    In the first step, you will have a short initial get-to-know-you meeting with one of our HR Managers. This conversation serves to find out the interests and motivation on both sides. You can ask all your questions about the company and the position.

  • SecondExpert discussion

    This is where you will interact with the faculty. This conversation will be professional or technically oriented. You can get to know the team and the team leader directly.

  • ThirdOn site conversation

    Sometimes we still give you the opportunity to get to know the team and the office on site. Sometimes, however, the decision is already made after the technical interview.
